    Question about hiring and polygraph

When I was litttle I stole a piece of candy in Kindergarten
I also stole a peice of Beef Jerky when I was 10
And I stole a phone In middle school
I also freed my neighbors rabbits
and I egged my friends house and knocked down there mailbox but was caught and cleaned it up the police didnt do no arrest.
And when I was about 16-17 I was in a store and a lady came up and payed for like 20.00 in groccerys in EBt and I payed her in cash.
Anyone from there I stopped doing bad stuff and I become a police Explorer for 1 year
And I did a Citizens Police Academy I got my BS degree in Criminal Justice do you think my police department will hire me .

I think that your background is less concerning than your apparent lack of writing skills, to be honest.

Nothing there will disqualify you. Be honest about what happened, and don't try to "forget" things.

Do you know if "your" police department will require a written essay as a portion of the selection process?

If so, I don't think you should worry too much about a polygraph.

    Good luck in your endeavors.
