When I was around 10 or 11 and I know this is pretty bad, and I regret, and I am ashamed, but as a young kid i didn't know what sex was, and i guess through exploration, my sister and I would wrestle and felt each other out. Would that disqualify me, me touching her at that age not knowing was sex was, or stuff as sexual touches at that age. I am 22 now about to graduate with a degree in criminal justice. Thank you.

I would suspect that the psych exam would be a bit more involved but if all that happened as you described , most kids at that age havn't formulated prurient interest in committing sexual offenses.

What's the difference in wrestling as a kid or as an adult? Even as an adult you can legally wrestle (high schools and colleges across the US have wrestling teams) were no sexual activity occurs. It's different if you're committing acutal sex acts (i.e. penetration, sexual organs going into bodily orifices, etc.), but wrestling is not - by any definition I've ever known - a sexual act.
