Very well illustrated. That graph would probably fit the majority of people who come here with problems in their backgrounds and wanting to go into LE.
Given the economy, the pool of applicants and the number of positions available, I can't see where Frank has a chance. As I stated before, one thing might be overlooked, but the accumulation of bad decisions I don't think even time will take care of in the scheme of things. Well, maybe 10 years from that DUI. There will always be too many applicants w/o those problems. And when my old department got 350 applications in 7 minutes, you know they will have a lot to pick from. And Portland is a very liberal city where the police are definitely not venerated......
And I'd like to know a lot more about that theft. Even if he was hired by another bank. Thefts, with the exception of a juvenile shoplift really bother me. But an adult working at a bank being accused of stealing sets off a lot of red flags with me.
