Question about application.

I will soon be entering the last year of my studies for a Bachelor's in Intelligence and National Security. Therefore, I plan on applying to those agencies that will allow me to apply before graduation in order to get a head start in the hiring process. However, I am not sure how to go about one question I came across recently on one of the applications.
The question is, "Have you ever viewed, produced, or obtained child pornography?" Now I would have to answer yes to this question because while in high school I saw nude cell phone pictures of girls who were my age, but still under the age of 18. On the application this is a yes or no answer with no area for an explanation. So my question is if I just click yes to this question, will it just be trashed due to the fact that I wasn't given a chance to explain the circumstances on the application?

I guess I have never seen an application that doesn't have an area to "explain" if the answer is yes. As far as the question and your answer, it's a non-issue. Look through the whole application packet and see if there is an area for comments or statements by the applicant.
