Hi I was wondering what if i had no neighbor references? I'm not antisocial or anything ,and always make the effort to say hi and even be courteous to any neighbor of mine ,but that's really as far as it goes ,and i honestly could not even name one neighbor's name since i have moved out on my own. Would this be a issue for the person reviewing the application ? Thank's in advance for any response , and yes i have already searched the board's for this.

Not a problem. Nobody knowing you is much different than neighbors who have a problem with your conduct. Neighbors don't know each other like they used to.

N/A stands for "Not Applicable" which does not fit the application question. N/A would be appropriate if you had no neighbors at all (you live in an extremely rural environment, your property for several miles, etc). If you have neighbors, but do not know them, put "None" instead.

I had the same issue when I filled out my application. I just wrote "None" and explained to my BI that I didn't know my neighbors. I didn't want to know them, I lost count of how many times I would walk up the steps to my apartment and almost get a contact high from pot smoke! And to top it off, the FBI came knocking on my door asking what I knew of my neighbors.
Actual conversation with suspect
Suspect: Why am I under arrest?
Me: For posession of CDS.
Suspect: Man, it wasn't CDS! It was E pills!
