My chances of getting called.

I took the test back in march and I was quite shocked to see over 10,000 people there taking it too. I understand now that the hiring process it slower then ever now-a-days since NYS is in an economic crisis. I just want to know what are my chances of getting called if I scored an 89 on the test? is that too low?

P.S. Reason why I ask is because I spoke to a retired cop and he said that I better get a 100 if I want to get hired.
