LE Resignation and new job interview

I would like to thank everyone for their input.

I am going to take full responsibility for not picking up (faster) what I needed while I was on patrol training. I guess I am a slow learner and just needed more training. I did learn valuable training while on patrol though.

My wish is to start over with another agency. I have no idea what the chances are of getting hired. I have been doing some studying at home, hitting the LD's and remembering the radio calls I received. I'm convinced; if I was to start over I would have no problem. I'm motivated and will continue to march on. I'm just trying to optimistic and positive.
