NYPD eligible lists

if you take the NYPD exam and pass it, how do they determine your rank on the list if there is a tie?
Lets say theres 100 people who scored 95, are all 100 people the same rank #?

Also how do they determine the cut off point of who will be picked from the eligible list to be interviewed?

Also if you do not score 100 but score 90 and up, do you have a good chance of getting called? Does anyone here have stats on the scores of people who get called?

All I know is for the July Academy, you have to be in the top 10%. I aksed a cop today and he said if you score in the 90's, they should get you in this year. Do they score you 1st on performance & then w/additional points, like city resident or military experience? In any case, best of luck.
