LoLzZz well I at least called the police department twice but they didn't pick up. Also, is going to the range and firing firearms illegal for me? Any more advice on this topic? I've been searching early day and night via google on topics like these and have at least looked at and read every virtual forum topic or official statements on this topic and still haven't found a solid answer that satisfied me yet... I guess I have to be patient and apply for myself when I am old enough .. :(
