Congrats...now drop on the floor and give us all 25.
You'll probably find the first 4 weeks of the academy and the last 2 are the slowest. But, hang in there. The badge at the end is worth it all.

BOY-IN-BLUE, The first day was mostly administrative. We did the same PAT today that we did during hiring, so that was all good. We are the first academy at Manatee County to be in full uniform (minus weapons and badge) during the academy. It really adds a lot to the drills and marching. After week 1 we will be Mon - Thurs 10 hr days, PT every day (ouch) Luckily I love PT!
Overall I can tell I'm really going to like it there!
