    Question background question/ employment history

I’ll start off with giving my background before I ask my question so that some one can give me a realistic answer. I'm a 25 year old white male, who is currently in his junior year of college taking criminal justice with a minor in psychology. (Started a little later then I should of, yeah I know) I have never been arrested. I have had 2 accidents (both my fault, only minor with me getting a written warning once), and 1 speeding citation. I was never great in high school with my grades. In college I picked it up and now I have a gpa of 3.5. I have had 5 jobs my entire life, 4 of them which I left in good standings with and the current one I still have which I am in good standing with. My first job, which I was about 15/16 years old, was washing dishes for a hall the entire 3 months of summer and left to go back to school. This hall which I was employed at was converted to a type of church and now no longer exists. My 2nd job when I was a little bit older, I worked at a grocery store stocking shelves and then eventually left to go work at dunkin donuts. My other jobs are of no relevance to my question.
I have been in a hiring process for a pd for about 2 years. I passed my physical agility with flying colors. I have passed my written test. I have passed my oral board. I handed in my pre background investigation packet. I passed my polygraph. I passed my psychological exam. Now I am scheduled for a pre employment physical next week.

My question now is I filled out the pre background packet, but I left out my first and second jobs that I had. The reason why I did so was advised from officers from surrounding Pd’s to which I applied to. Those officers who advised me are also related to me by blood (so I know they weren’t trying to just feed me a bs burger so I wouldn’t get hired), that I didn’t have to worry about putting down my first 2 jobs. Also, my relatives have introduced me to former Lt.’s of the pd I am applying for and they gave me the whole nine yards about once I get into such and such stage they’ll make a call. I foolishly listened to them and now I’m worried (as you can well read from this posting). I brought this up to them a few times and I can’t get a straight answer from any of my relatives. They all just say it shouldn’t affect me at all and that I should get the job (there are 23 openings). I know my actual background is set to go underway after my pre employment physical. So my question is, will this affect me (as in a DQ) or am I just over thinking it?

if it comes up, be brutally honest about it... if asked why the first 2 were omitted, tell the truth.

It may not come up, but if you were taxed it is very easy to get the info...
