Week 28 is over!

Now the Academy is behind me and the new career is ahead of me.

Sorry it was late. My internet was down at my new apt.

The week was fun. We had pictures and case management on monday and then a Mock Trial on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The academy taught me alot throughout the entire experience. I had a rough, but great, time getting to know each of my counselors and instructors. It was a honor to put on the Texas Tan on Friday morning, get sworn in, salute my new colonel, and accept my credantials.

I am now a Texas State Trooper!

I highly recommend the DPS as an agency to work for. It had alot of pride and honor in that uniform and I hope I love up to the standards.
FTO is the next step for me and there will be a thread started for this new experience as well.

I hope everyone is safe on the road eventhough I will miss my classmates.
