Good week! I got hammered with the sickness on Thursday. Had a fever ever since. 102* last night. Fortunately, I got some antibiotics when I got home. I was put in isolation and am ready to be back with my rackmates. Especially Zack ! :yup:

Week 2

Week 2 down in the books.

People are still droppng like flies. I think we are down to 99 or 98 now. The pt is getting harder but it will be worth it in the long run. We got pretty gased today in the rain then in the gym while we were soaked. We also had our racks torn up twice this week. What a week!

We are going through Spanish and CCP right now. We also had identity theft, stress management, and our first vocab test. Also started ACT this week. Thats a highlight to waking up at 4:30 am.

We have vocab #2 and General orders on Monday.

Gotta stay focused and keep pushin forward.

God Bless

Week 4

So week 4 is in the books. We had our CCP test last monday, scored an 87.

We got our bunks TRASHED on Tuesday and the counselors even put my matress in the other dorm. haha. It took me 15 min just to find it.

We also got introduced to the 2 am wake up call to write the Ten General Orders. That was a ner experiencesince we still had pt at 5 am.

The weeks are startin to fly. 1 month in.

God Bless!

Week 5

Week 5 is now in the books.

Got hammered pretty well this week.

The group is starting to come together.

This next week will be interesting though. Big exam: Arrest, Search, and Seizure.

I can't wait for the fun stuff to begin.

God Bless

Week 6

Week 6 is just about over.

What a full week of Family Violence.

We took the Arrest, Search, and Seizure Exam on Wednesday night. I made a 91 and finally passed the General Orders test as well.

ACT is starting to get into the fun groud and pound stuff, I can feel it.

Had another PRT test on Monday as well. Ran a 10:31 mile and half, not bad for weighing 255.

Had class officer elections as well. I was voted by the class to be the Drill Instructor. Hope I lead proudly.

Still at 99. The group is bonding more each week.

Will update more next week.

God Bless

Week 7

Week 7 is just about to be in the books.

This was a more eciting week than the others. We learned about Criminal Investigation by one of the Texas Rangers.

There was no ACT this week though, which was kind of disappointing!

The counselors let us have a movie night last night. W watched "Gone Baby Gone." We had popcorn and sodas, which was a HUGE privilege up here...which we all paid for on the PT field this morning.

We have Deviant Sexual Behavior class all day tomorrow and then its back home for the weekend!

If anyone on here has any questions about the hiring process or anything, feel free to ask.

God Bless!

I didnt have chicken all weekend. I knoew there were some sick people out there in the world...but, I didn't know how sick. haha.

Btw, I didn't have any deer either, lol. That was the sickest thing I have ever seen. Overall, it was a VERY interesting week.

This week we have Spanish, Penal Code, and Handcuffing in ACT.

God Bless!
