Applying to Multiple Agencies

Question: I am in the process of applying to several agencies here in the VA area. I am waiting on Henrico to announce when they are accepting applications, but I am already gathering what info I know i'll need to the process.

Do I need to get multiple copies of all of my transcripts? If they need to be sealed, I obviously will, but do they require them to be sealed, or can I make copies to use a few times?

Other than the physical training I've been doing what other info can I go ahead an get to be prepared for the process.
Transcripts, Complete employment history and residence history, any tickets etc....
Anything I am missing that will help me be prepared the best I possibly can?

Every agency has their own rules, obviously...

But everywhere I applied wanted "official copies" with a raised seal.
