I was wondering if anybody knew how recent a taken exam had to be to be considered for NYPD - before returning to college I took #3007 and scored very well, and now that I'm exiting school, I'm reconsidering the department. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

NYPD exam expiration
When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it's really a meteor hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for. Unless it's death by meteorite.

Exams generally can last for 4 years
that exam seems to be expired.. unless you were on military leave you would have to take a new one and re-enter the process. Good Luck
there are plenty of forums with that information (and more).. look into some of the other NYPD threads, there's plenty of info you can catch up on.

3007 was 5 years ago, and people were hired off of that 4 years and 9 months ago. That test is definitely expired at this point.
