    Oral Interview

    Hey Everyone,

I am moving along through the process with the BPD, Baltimore Police Dept and next up I have the Oral Board, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to help me get prepared. I know there is an abundance of information on the topic here but I wanted to know if there are any threads or posts that stand out in anyones mind that could help me out in anyway. I've done the written, obviously, the psych and the agility and have done well thus far, I would like to keep up the good work and try to nail to Oral Board as best as I can.

I look forward to any responses and thanks a million.

The oral board is not about the questions you may be asked, it's about how you carry yourself. Your appearance, speech, how you present your ideas, forsight, judgement, and temperment will all be evaluated. How you come across and their general impression of you will all be looked at.

Let's face it, some people interview well and others poorly, and the only way you improve is to do it over and over.
