questions about the psyc test

I applied for a PD where I live i was applying for a psa police service aid which there not officers i passed all the tests the psyc test was in two parts 600 and some test about mental health and two essay i pass that part but when i went for the next part of the psyc test with a doctor i failed the test it was about 8 questions about police work like if i would see a officer down and to people running away what would i do i answerd the questions like a cop and not a psa i wanted to know its that the reason i failed the psyc or is it another reason
