I imagine YOU should know best... afterall, you learned all you need to know from Training Day and talking to a few officers. It's not like I have worked in >30 states and 4 foreign countries, including substantial time in cities like New York, Atlanta, DC, Gary, Detroit, LA, New Orleans, yadda, yadda, yadda.

"Per capita" means "per person". I thought I would help you out. From your apparently very poor reading comprehension skills, I thought you may need a little help. I am referencing your State Trooper and Highway Patrol comment. We actually have quite a diverse group here, to include representation from a variety of types of agencies (local, county, state and federal).
Good luck with your rejection process... errr, I mean hiring process. With your attitude (and apparent background problems), it will likely be a very short one.
