Don't worry, we get the point. You (supposedly) only write well for things that are important to you.
Those of us with half a brain can easily make the interpretation: GETTING INTO LE IS NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU. OUR RESPONSES ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU. Since that is obviously the case, then WHY ASK THE QUESTIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I have three final things for you to ponder:
1) No one gives a rat's *** what your ethnicity is. No one is going to say, "Oh, don't worry about his sloppy communications skills, people will understand him just because he is Asian American." Please, man! You can't really be that naive, can you!?!?!?!?
2) There is a spell check... but apparently you need incentive to use it.
3) If you need incentive to write well, consider all your threads getting locked.![]()

That is probably true if you usually write like a second grader and only occasionally have to correctly use grammar and punctuation.
However, if you get used to writing correctly so that people can understand you (which is the purpose of communication) it become much less burdensome to look over a paragraph or two and fix the one or two typos you find.
As any veteran officer will tell you, there are going to be "important" cases and "routine" (or plain old "BS") cases. A professional officer will write all his or her reports with the same effort, something your past behavior doesn't indicate you would be willing to do.
It is never a waste of time to speak and write so that your listeners or readers can understand what you want to say.
