Secondary Interview

Hey all,

I've been going through the process with a small town PD. I've made it through the written, physical, and the first interview/oral board. I was selected to move on after the first interview. Now there are only a handful of guys left. I'm just wondering if anybody has gone through a process that includes two oral board interviews. What should I expect on the second that would be different? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't gone though one that has two, but I am in one that typically does. The second one is with the administration. I'm told it's similar to the first one, but it can be more stressful because these are the people who will make the final reccomendations or decisions about hiring you or not.

We only have one oral board, but many departments (mine included) have a second "Chief's Interview." It's just you and the chief, and more like a "regular" job interview than the Oral Board was.
