UPDATE. I've decided to apply for corrections officer instead. W/ the hours involved, I won't be able to lead the 'single guy' lifestyle. Its for the best as I'm getting sick of it.

Just bought my first house ! I've heard from some of my father's buddies, and if i do corrections for a few years, I have a good shot at getting into the state police.

Already started limiting the drinking . Not like it was a problem. But when you always have weekends off, and no g/f or wife to come home to, the bars call your name !
