I've never seen a BIA police officer that wasn't Native American. They might be some, but I ain't seen any.

Most of the Seminole Tribe Police down here aren't Native American, but then again they're mainly glorified casino security guards since there are only one or two reservations in the state where Seminoles actually live. The rest are hotel/casino complexes. But again, that's a separate tribal police department and not BIA.
I do know that tribe members are given preference in hiring. The law allows for that.
