They take hair during the medical. If you have no hair on your head, they will use your legs, and if none there so on are so forth. They will find hair.

They took no hair from anyone

Maybe it's the mini medical I forget.

they will take it at the mini medical...which is usually 2 months to a month before the hire date. Mini medical consists of updating any new medical info and taking the hair for the drug test
