NYPD: APD-16 Request for School Records

Hi, Thanks in advance for answering my question.

    - Does anyone know if I need additional APD-16 forms if you transferred credits to your current school?

    - What other information does the BI request besides teachers and personnel comments?

I only took one class at another college. There no records except my grade. I highly doubt that the teacher even remembers me.

The mods like it if you keep all NYPD-related threads in one of the big ones already running.

To answer your question, yes, you need to complete one for every school even if you took one class, and you need to complete a work records request for every job, even if you worked there one day. If they don't remember you then APD will not hold it against you at all.

I'm sure every investigator is different - mine wanted all of them. Worst case scenario - type all of them out, ask your investigator "do I need these?" and then trash them if the answer is no.

Thanks to both of you for answering my question.
