I have no clue what I'm going to say! I can't think of anything, I've even asked my spouse and still haven't got any response yet.
I dont want to say something stupid and shoot myself in the foot.
And as far as weakness, I dont feel that any weaknesses of mine are "ongoing". Maybe I have a bad day, but honestly there is nothing I can think of as an ongoing weakness - something that occurs everyday, or on a regular basis.
This is really tough. I dont want to answer this question sounding like I'm perfect, because I'm not and I realize that. Im truly stuck!

I have a weakness for Sam Adams Octoberfest... but it is no where to be found here on the gulf coast. :(

That is a tough question when you're asked at an oral board. They asked me that and it caught me totally sideways.
I kinda chuckled and said that I'd been working so hard to think of my strengths, that I hadn't given weaknesses any thought. I think I finally said something about needing to work on tact.
