How long does it take for a candidate to get their disqualification papers?

I am new to this forum so I dont know exactly where this should go, but here is my story. I recently called my investigator to see what was going on with my paper work. She went through my file and she told me that I have been psychologically disqualified since April of 08. She gave me the run down that if I want to appeal I can do so. The problem is that I havent recieved my official disqualification papers yet. Its now september, what I want to know is how long does it take for you to get disqualification papers. I've called Psych Division but no luck. Can someone give me some insight on this issue and what should I look for!.

Call the BI back and ask her. She should know. If not, call and ask for a supervisor. I suspect the letter got lost in the bureaucratic shuffle.
Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack & Michelle Obama do with mine
