medical clearence

I have a question, especially if anyone here lives in Michigan. I just took the last final step for a department in Michigan which is the medical. It's been almost a month since I've taken it and still have not received a call or letter. They told me that the next academy was starting sometime after labor day so I'm getting kind of nervous. I called my recruiter and she didn't give me any useful information, just told me that I have not yet been cleared. Anyone know how long this process takes, or when I'll receive a call?
