NYPD Phych won't give me a determination

I took my oral psychological examination about two years ago. I still have not found out if I passed or failed. My background investigator tells me it's between me and psych services. I waited the 12 months they told me it could take and called them to find out what was going on. They said just a couple more months and I'd have my determination. I've called a couple of times and usually just get the "oh, you will have it within two months", I have been told that my exam number doesn't exist before though.

Is their anything I can do to make them expedite it. The people answering the phones obviously are not looking at my case. They are just programed to say another two months to anyone who calls asking about it because I'm sure they get tons of those calls a day.

Keep trying to call and hope to get another person on the phone, or, and I hate to say it, take another test.

How much do you want the job? Get an attorney. 2 years is way too long to finish the psych. When and if they do contact you, it will probably be to tell you that they DQ'd you.
