    If the charges were dropped and the case was dismissed, does it appear on your permanent record? Thank you

    The owner wanted to apologize to me for blowing up on me in the beginning. By saying "I forgave him", I meant I forgave him for his outburst, not because he forgave me for my immature actions. By saying "we forgave each other", I was implying that the forgiven actions between both parties were individual entities.

    I did not mean to directly attack any specific persons here. I am very sorry if you feel that way and I will work on improving the tone in my writing on the forums.

    Very mature of you. ;) And to answer your question from a non-LE perspective the answer is no. If this is the only thing you have to worry about then don't sweat it.
