    Driving Record

I don’t have any points on my record right now and the only ticket I’ve gotten in the last 3 years or so was for speeding and I went to traffic school. So if I have to list all of my moving violations how do I get this information because it won’t be on my DMV record?

most likely they will be able to search and find them.....in your background packet just try to remember the month and year and I am sure that will be fine....

I can't remember the month and year for every ticket for the last 10 years, that's why I am asking how do I get that information?

I thought CA records were fairly detailed in that area.

Try going to DMV and getting a print out. Ours will include all convictions for cites and then all traffic schools attended.

Do you know where you were cited??

You have been cited that much you can't remember??

I can name all of my cites, when and where............and I haven't had a ticket for over 10 yrs.

Well I've only been driving for 10 years and I got two tickets at 17 I think and I went to traffic school for one of them and I've had one since then I think. But no I can’t remember the month and year because it never mattered.

I believe the DMV H-6 print out goes back 10yrs. This is the report employers require for driving positions.

Ok, cool, I just though that if it was no longer on you record, then it wouldn't show up, except for the people doing the background of course.

Be honest and say " about X yrs ago I got a ticket for speeding. Not sure of the day or month though. "

Ok, thanks, I'm pretty sure I know all the tickets I've gotten, just not the dates.
