TX DPS (Sept. 08 Academy)

Is anyone else trying for the Sept. 08 DPS academy? If so, have you heard anything back yet after your oral board? It's been just over 4 weeks and I was wondering if anyone on here was applying and has heard anything back or not. Thanks.

I am applying to the March 09 academy with TxDPS and I have finished the background and waiting for oral boards as well, as far I am aware they have hired everyone for the Sept Academy already and that they were going to select a few from the ones applying to the march 09 academy to go to the sept academy to fill spots, but I am unsure of this. Bell4fan seems to be the most educated applicant from what I can tell, O.C. White is also a trooper who can get some information from what I have gathered. Hope this helps!

HPFD, the trooper trainee who posts weekly updates of the academy, got his official call on march 19, to start on march 31.

You really should be getting your conditional (if they want you) any day now. We report ONE MONTH from today!!!
