You still must disclose it. You still have done something thats considered illegal in this country so it will be counted against you. Amazing how many times we have gotten this "legal prostitution" question.

Edit to add, whether you did it once or six times...it wasn't a mistake. A mistake is an unintentional or accidental act like when your socks don't match. You knowingly and intentionally consorted with a prostitute.
