Question Question about W2s and employment history.

On my W2s it gives the main office address. Should i use those when filling in my employment history or the actual address (local) in which i worked at?

Give the physical address you work at, not the "corporate office." When it comes time for the background investigation, they're going to want to talk to people who supervise and work with you, not some corporate exec or their receptionist who's never heard of you.
