I know... Henrico really is the only department I have considered though I have looked EVERYWHERE... Tampa would be my next choice I guess but I really love Henrico. If I am not selected, I am going to join the military, get some experiance, and try again. I just hope I dont have to. :( thank you for your advice! What police dept do you work for? I'm from upstate NY! (Lake Luzerne, Corinth, Scndy, Rotterdam, Albany...)
