Oral Board- Questions for the Interviewer?

I have an Oral Board setup for next week and I was wondering what kind of questions would you guys ask the Interviewing panel?

Actually, I just finished the Oral Board for a Dispatcher positon with Morgan Hill PD. (wish me luck...)

Obviously, I was stressed, as this was my first oral board in my life, but it wasn't so bad. After a few minutes, I was calm and I think I did pretty well. I would recommend learning something about the department you are interested in, as much as you can. Good luck!

Know who the Chief or Sheriff is. Try to remember the names of the board members when introduced. Eye contact with board members is important when answering a question, but don't stare. Dress well. Good luck.
