Hey..if Anyone Can Help Me I'd Appreciate It....everything About Me Is Clean Except For That I Had A License Suspension Twice For Unpaid Bills 3 Years Ago And 4 Years Ago.....im A College Grad And Clean Record And Perfect Credit....no Drug Use Ever...will This Disqualify Me From Any Of The Local Municipalities..how About Philly?..thanks!!!!!!!

If your license is now valid no it won't automatically disqualify you however, your BI will look at you more closely and if it comes down to you and another candidate with a better background then you may not get selected. Just be honest about it. I do have one question though, You said your license got suspended for unpaid bills. I'm gonna give you the benefit of doubt and let you rephrase that. I'm assuming you mean unpaid tickets. You can't get your license suspended for not paying your Visa or something. One can be suspended in PA for an unpaid civil judgment from a car accident. Or for not paying traffic tickets. Never heard of someone getting suspended for unpaid " bills" though. Originally Posted by txinvestigator1

in NY you can be suspended for unpaid child support or failure to maintain vehicle liability insurance.
