NYPD Apd-24 pd-25 form

hey guys i currently need apd-24 and apd-25 to fill out because i am really having a hard time finding a typing machine (you dont see that no more) and i would really apreciate any help from you guys.

Scan it and use A photo editor to type on it

you can also use a type writer at many libraries.

I bought mine at a goodwill store for $8.00. It is inlike new condition and came w/ extra tape.

forget about the typewriter. Get Adobe acrobat pro 8.0. Scan the forms and it will allow you to use the computer to type text any were onto the doc. These people are retarded with this typewriter BS.

in any event, NYPD finally joined the 21st century and the school records and employment records forms are now "fillable" right off of the NYC.gov website!!!

There are also a few businesses in NYC that will type the booklet out for you. (I should state that the NYPD may have a policy of only the applicant completing the form, so double check that before hiring one of these places to do it.)

It clearly states that the booklets must be completed "by the applicant" in "black ink" !!!

Hey guys I'm looking APD 25 but I can't seem to find it on the NYPD website. My investigator asked me to notarized apd 25, domestic violence form and the Booklet. But the booklet just has blank appointment dates for me to fill in and no place for notarization. Did I gat the right booklet? What is the title of APD 25 maybe they changed the form number?
