I recently started the background process with a local agency. Of my 6 references, 5 have completed the information within 2 days of receiving it, but 1 person lost the forms. Apparently his wife threw them away without knowing it. My question is, what should I do? I don't know who is doing the BI because I have not been called in yet. Any advice would be appreciated.
