I just read someone else's thread and can using someone else's prescription meds really be a DQ?
I stated in my PHQ that I had used someone's prescription med in Jan of 2008. I had been fighting an upper respiratory infection and I was visiting my father and his wife and had to share a room with my baby. I had just run out and was still hacking at night so I took some of his wife's (who has a standing prescription) so I would not wake him at night. Only time I had done that and it made me sick!
You think this will hurt or will I at least get a chance to explain?

I doubt it, when I went for my first BI interview when asked about prescription drugs she actually said something along the lines of not wanting to know if you had a back pain and your mom said here take this. She was more interested in a pattern of use. Then again every agency is different.
