Medical test ? How about a good old fashioned physical exam by a doctor ?!!
If you mean physical agility test, now we are talking running 1.5 miles in a certian time, pushups, situps, bench press a % of your body weight , dragging a 150 lb dummy, climbing over a 6ft wall. Most of those are depending on your age. 20-29, 30-39 , 40-49 plus.

I'm not a LEO but I'm going to be paying my way thru an academy hopefully. I went thru a physical a couple weeks ago and this is what they did : You filled out a health history chart.
Height/weight
Urine test for drugs and they also used a test strip for "protein" so said the nurse.
They did a vision test where you look at a chart 20' away ( I tested at 10/13) and they also gave me a hand held chart to read.
They did a hearing test.
The Dr. came in and checked reflexes. Checked my eyes. Felt my abdomen. Listened to my breathing. Checked flexibility. And the famous turn your head and cough.
They also hooked me up to an EKG machine to check the ticker and that was it.

I was just curious if it was more in depth than your average physical.
Mine was less so.
