    Question about moving violations?

I just got a printout from the dmv of my driving record. I know I had a moving violation in 2003 and 2000. They were not on my record, do i still need to put this on my background info?

Personally if I were you I would... I would not want to get caught in a lie. A couple of moving violations are not worth a permanent DQ.

    Just my 2 cents

The forms I have seen for background checks, etc ask the applicant to list all citations received for either a given period or ever. Doublecheck the form and provide as requested (eg. Have you ever been cited for a moving violation?).
