If I could understand the question. I do not know what you are talking about.
If you are talking about being reviewed during the hiring process I might be able to.
But then than again I am not a LEO so you do not have to take my answer.

I could be wrong but I think you already got your answer.
My honest answer is "NO" with 2 suspended license charges and two disorderly conduct charges (dropped or not) you will never become a police officer.
Time to look into another career.
I hear McDonald's is looking for new employees.
