i've been here about 2 weeks lurking in the background, i've read probably 165 pages of topics (the ones of interest) so i'm not going to post my background and ask the million dollar question. but in my time of reading i have yet to see this question come up.

i've been working with the same company for 2 years, but i have held 4 different positions within the company. thats 4 supervisors and 3 associate supervisors. not to mention department leaders, process owners.

my question is, what kind of information do i need for the background paperwork? considering the internal movement, would i need the names and phone numbers of all 4 supervisors and 3 assoc. supervisors?

This information is needed before i terminate my job, as i will be moving out of state, and access will be limited.

Every agency requires different. Just keep the information on file in case you need it.

what kind of information do i need to keep on file, i've never applied to a job that required such in depth information.

Names, addresses and phone number of everyplace you've lived, worked, gone to school for the past 10 years. Your Supervisors names at each agency, the positions you've held, job locations, and people who know you well.
