    Background packet question

Just wanted to see how you would interpret these statements. It is related to alcohol use. I had between 5 and 10 alcoholic drinks all of 2006. I believe it to be somewhere around 7, but 10 being the absolute maximum amount I could of possibly had. Here is the questions....

---- is the # of drinks per day that I consume an alcoholic beverage.
---- is the # of days per week that I consume alcoholic beverages.
---- is the # of months per year that I consume alcoholic beverages.

I believe the first two statements to be zero, but what about the third statement?

    Thanks for your input.

Spyke-In my humble opinion you could answer this one of two ways, taking ten drinks in all of 2006 works out to .83333 drinks per month. Or you could answer zero with an explanation that you drink alcoholic beverages so infrequently an accurate count is impossible.

I would suggest you contact the human resources department of the agency you've applied to and give them the same facts you've given here. Be sure you obtain the name of the person who you talked with to back up the reason for the answer that you write on the application questionaire.

    Good luck.
