    polygraph test question

I'm going to finish school this semester and planned on attending Fredrick Academy in Maryland. But noticed if I did cocaine or lsd once I wouldn't be accepted. I don't do any drugs now but did in high school. Anyone know anyway around this or how I could pass the polygraph?

Tell the truth. Quit frankly, if you did LSD, you have no business being a cop.

*****Waiting for some whiny a$$ to come along and tell us we are too harsh, we should not judge, just because he "made some mistakes in the past" does not mean he should be able to do whatever he wants now, blah, blah.****

Sorry Keller, rant not directed at you.

If you are looking for ways to lie and get away with it you don't need to be a cop. I get the impression you lied on your background packet other wise you would not be concerned about the poly. I heard that Burger King is hiring.
And your whiney *** crybaby excuse would be....

But don't they use some sort of polyfat? I think Subway is supposed to be healthier. :D

Yeah weird how the flame broiled burger is worse for you than the McD's burgers. I figured it would have been the other way around.

First, it demonstrates a terrible lack of character. That in itelf is enough for me.

In addition, there is evidence that LSD stores in certain areas of the brain, and can be accessed by the brain many years after use.

Flashbacks are; therefore, a distinct and real possibility.

Yeah everybody's character gets flawed. No one is perfect. There I admitted it. (Go ahead, spank me for saying it, but it's true) Especially in your younger years. Correcting that behavior is what builds your character. However sometimes it cannot restore all damage.

The reasons that Tx, mentioned above are the ones that I, as a hiring department, would be concerned with. Hallucinogens (sp) could yeild dangerous results in the future.

For instance, my old drafting teacher back in HS, I am pretty sure he did drugs at one point in his life...Well he told us this story one day about the three scariest minutes of his life...

He had a flash back while driving, and cannot remember a thing that happened in that three minutes. Can you imagine all the things that could have happened?

    Umm, What?
No one has to be perfect to refrain from using LSD. Good Grief. When do we start holding people accountable for their actions?
