    Questions on Application.

I was wondering if someone could answer some questions on this application i am filling out.

    1) It says i must be 21 years of age at the time of appointment. Does that mean i have to be 21 after the testing phase is complete, or at the start?

    2) "Have you ever been convicted of a motor vehicle offense."

I will assume getting a speeding ticket is a Motor Vehicle Offense. My question is what do i put where it says disposition? (What does that mean?) Also it asks for Offense, Date and location.. So should i just put

    Offense: Speeding
Date: (The date i received the ticket)
    &
Location: (Where i received the ticket?)

Also i was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident in a company vehicle, hitting a cemented handicapped pole. I never received a ticket for it or had to go to court since it was on private property (A mall security truck) So i don't have to put that under motor vehicle offenses, right?

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

With us your "appointment" is when you graduate the academy and are sworn in as an Agent.

As for the traffic ticket the disposition is what came of the ticket. Did you pay a fine, was it dropped, etc.

If you were not charged with an offense for the cement pole there is nothing to put down. They want to know "motor vehicle offinses", as in what you were actually charged with by an officer or court. Not what you could have been charged with.

    Offiesne: Speeding
    Location: Ogden, Utah
    Disposition: Fine paid

you will also need to go to your local DMV and get an abstract. that will list all the tickets you got. go by the info provided on the abstract.

Abstract??? I don't know about there but here the DMV will only go back several years.
