my friend wants to know if he can make it into the force with two DUIs
my friend wants to know if he can make it into the force with two DUIs
Does the same friend also have an expired civil restraining order?
Now go into Ask-A-Cop and ask if your "friend" with 2 DUI's is eligible for a LE job

Twice as serious as 1 DUI, and infinitely more serious than 0 DUIs (strictly from a mathematical standpoint of course).
Don't 'they' say for every DUI stop/conviction the person has likely driven UI 50 times. So he/she will be looked at as someone who has driven under the influence between 100-149 times. Thats like driving drunk once every 3 days for between 10 months and 14.6 months. Doesn't look good!
And who the hell are 'they'?

Just one of many reasons to wear a helmet!
And "boom boom" goes the dynamite.
With the background that your "friend" has their chances are slim to none of landing a LE job.
2 duis looks very bad
you have no chance in a big city
but good news: you have slim chance in small town or city if you know the right people

Doesn't sound like you're much of a friend....letting him/her get behind the wheel UI so often.
Why does everyone ask for their "friend"? If you were so concerned you wouldn't have let him get 2 dwi's right? i dunno bout you but i think you need to man up.
Got my call!
