Tip: Take a multivitamin in the morning, buy Flaxseed oil pills and take 3 a day, and go out to the store and look in the oatmeal aisle or the health foods section and buy anything from KASHI. I Buy this thing called 'heart 2 heart' oatmeal and its designed to bring your blood pressure down and has antioxidants and such for your heart. Very very healthy. Replace a packet of that oatmeal with one of your meals a day.. or just eat oatmeal every meal and you will be as fit as a fiddle. I've been eating this stuff since September and I feel great!
