I agree with dan. Even little kids lie to their parents.
Mom (eyeballing the crumbs on childs face): Did you eat the last cookie after I told you not to?!"
Child: (looking earnestly at Mom, with wide eyed innocence) Nooooooo.
When people tell me that they've never lied in their entire life, it causes me to raise an eyebrow in skepticism. I'm more likely to think that they are a big fat liar than someone who admits that they do fib here and there.
When you get to the poly just admit that yes, you've lied to your parents since when you filled out your app. No biggie.
Also, if you've ever called in sick to work when you weren't, or told a friend she didn't look fat in a dress when she did (to spare her feelings), or anything along those lines, then you have lied and should fess up to the examinor.
I used to care. Now I take a pill for that.
