The best thing you can do is don't try to "prepare" for it, get a good night sleep the night before, go in and be completely honest and forthcoming, and listen to the operator's instructions.

Its not some secret thing, they will interview you first and then go over everything you will be asked its not some super secret process. Just tell the truth. Oh and the previous post was correct I was asked if I had researched anything about polygraphs, techiniques on how to beat it etc. Boy your going to catch some flak for this question! :D

Don't sweat the polygraph, when I went for mine the person giving it went over all the questions in my packet first then asked me all the questions she would ask me on the actual test before hooking me up to the machine.

Suspect: Why am I under arrest?
Me: For posession of CDS.
Suspect: Man, it wasn't CDS! It was E pills!

We're not going to tell you the questions and answers. Do a search of polygraphs and you'll get plenty of advice on how to prepare without cheating. :rolleyes:
